Nshape

Nshape is airtime transfer service that is designed to enable subscribers to share airtime (credit) on their beMOBILE lines with their friends and families. This service carries no charge and one can transfer 1 to P100 from prepaid to another prepaid number. The transferred amount will be automatically transferred to the recipient beMOBILE account.
Ntshware
Dial *101*number# eg *101*73000001#
This product enables subscribers to send a message to any other beMOBILE subscriber asking them to call them back. All Ntshware transactions are free of charge and subscribers have unlimited amount of transactions that they can use. In order to send Ntshware message, subscribers can use two simple methods:
- Use the value added service menu by dialing *135# and following the on screen instructions.
- Direct transfer by dialing *101*phone number# and the message is automatically sent to the other beMOBILE subscriber asking them to call back.
Voicemail
This service enables subscribers to receive voice messages left by incoming callers, retrieving voice messages is free for all beMOBILE subscribers.
Prepaid subscribers have to activate their mail box by contacting the Call Centre on 1333.
Post paid subscribers are automatically configured on voicemail and only need to dial 1301 and follow the instructions to set up their voicemail service.
Call Barring
This service prevents certain types of calls (usually international calls) from being made. This service is free of charge.
Call Forwarding
Subscribers can forward calls to any national destination including voicemail (forwarding calls to voicemail are not charged). Calls forwarded to any other number other than voice mail are charged at normal rates for the destination number.
Call Hold
A service whereby a subscriber may place a call on hold and make or receive another call. This service is free of charge.
Call Waiting
A service whereby a subscriber may place a call on hold and make or receive another call. This service is free of charge.
beMOBILE service Menu
A simple and free way to access our premium services, to access dial *135# and the dial button on your mobile phone. The following options will appear on your phones:
- Prepaid Balance
- Post Paid Balance
- Airtime Transfer
- Call Me
Your mobile will then prompt you to choose one of the above options, choose the option yu require by pressing the number that correspond to it. Follow the on screen prompts and the services menu will carry out the required task for you. |
